Well now it's two years down this path I've had to tread without you. Can it really be that long? In some ways it seems an eternity, in others it's only yesterday. I hope you are looking at me from afar with pride Al. I've achieved a lot in this last year and I like to think that it's been with you at my side helping me and guiding me. You are still such a part of our lives, funny little stories we bring up about you, always with fondness, some with humour and most definitely with love. I was going to go to the garden of remembrance today with a tin of stella beer and pour it on the ground for you, but then Craig pointed out that you would be shouting, nooo, don't waste the beer! That made me laugh and I'm sure you are laughing about that too. Today is a holiday, it's Easter Monday and what greater significance could that have! It's a day for reflection for me, to think of what we shared together and how lucky I am to have had you in my life, not how unlucky I am to have lost you. You are always and will always be my true love. Susan x
